Why are we called Orion Lights?
Orion Lights Ltd. is family owned and operated by Zaren and Ivory Oler. Together we have 7 awesome kids. Having elementary aged daughters, a few grandkids, and pretty much everything in between keeps us on our toes! Our family seems to really love Gemstone Lights - with sons in both Utah and Calgary owning successful Gemstone dealerships, and another who installs lights full-time.
When we aren't doing lights, we can be found hunting, fishing, dancing, playing sports, singing, laughing, sleeping and eating. Some of these things we do better than others!

You know that constellation in the night sky with the 3 stars known as "Orion's Belt"? It's not just a guy who likes wearing flashy belts as a fashion statement. Orion is a mighty hunter. He also has a bow, a sword, and probably other cool ninja weapons. If his name was spelled "O'Ryan", I bet people would quit calling us "OH-REE-ON" Lights...
We love Southern Alberta and Old Chief Mountain. That's "Old Chief" to the left of Orion's Belt. Maybe Orion got to the Chief with his ninja weapons? It's probably more likely they share mutual respect and Old Chief is just having a nap 'cause..... he's old.
